Nickel plating: Nickel plating
can be done according to the subsequent conditions:
Nickel
sulfamate: nickel provides an obstruction that will not allow the base material
to move in layers of plating. It also helps to improve the appearance of the
metal that is plated on top of nickel. When it is used as an undercoat for
metal like tin, silver, etc.. it increases the solder ability of the work
piece.
Nickel
sulfate: it is also called as bright nickel. It is used for ornamental usage.
It does not work well when the solder ability and ductility of a work piece
have to be improved.
Tin
nickel: this plating technique helps to
